Selecting A Contract

Which Contract is for you? Choosing the right Contract depends on how integral to your business your system is. The following guidelines will help you make a decision.

If you have 1) an interdependent system, i.e. all devices and functions are required to be operational for successful processing. 2) A significant reliance on the systems for routine and essential business functions. 3) A system containing one to many computers. 4) A need to know that your system will be out of commission for the shortest possible duration and can resume operations with no further costs (on all equipment agreed in the Service Contract Agreement). Then choose the Comprehensive Premium Contract .

If you have 1) an interdependent system, i.e. all devices and functions are required to be operational for successful processing. 2) A significant reliance on the systems for routine and essential business functions. 3) A system containing one to many computers. 4) A need to know that your system will be out of commission for the shortest possible duration and can resume operations with only replacement hardware costs (on all equipment agreed in the Service Contract Agreement). Then choose the Premium Contract .

If you have your own IT personnel who are able to install operating systems and perform data restoration, and your only requirement is for hardware repair or replacement cover (on all equipment agreed in the Service Contract Agreement). Then choose the Hardware Only Contract .

 

Overview - Pre-paid

Comprehensive Premium Contract

On-Site Service within 6 hours response time, providing all labour, travel costs and repair or replacement of any hardware agreed in the Service Contract Agreement as well as the installation of the operating system and data restoration of customer information.

Premium Contract

On-Site Service within 6 hours response time, providing all labour, travel costs excluding replacement costs of any hardware agreed in the Service Contract Agreement as well as the installation of the operating system and data restoration of customer information.

Hardware Only Contract

On-Site service within 6 hours response time, providing a repair and replacement service on all hardware agreed in the Service Contract Agreement. This Contract restores the hardware to full operations but excludes operating system installation and data restoration. Any hardware costs will be charged at the current price and will be agreed by the customer prior to installation.

Pay As You Go

With our Pay-as-You-Go (PAYG) support service, there are no monthly or annual retainers are required; you contact us when necessary and we will invoice on a time spent basis.

All issues are logged within our call logging software and a detailed or summary report can be produced upon request.
